Not sure what is going on...
What folders do you have in your Castaway install folder? How about under My Documents\Castaway?

under castaway only 1 folder there are ---Log folder and inside has a castaway_error.xml and the file is zero byte

I doubt this is the issue, but won't hurt to try. Shutdown AC and Decal and install this from Microsoft: http://download.microsoft.com/download/9/6/5/9657c01e-107f-409c-baac-7d249561629c/msxml.msi

ok tried but still the same result! maybe ac dont like me to work as bot anymore!

Been trying to reproduce it on my end but no luck. Nor can I see anything wrong with your setup.
One thing I can suggest looking at is the event viewer (check the Application, Security and System entries) for errors or warnings around the time AC crashes.
If you see any post here the info.

I'll see if I can find some spots to try and put some more debug code, but not sure where. 
Are you even getting the Settings folder created under the Castaway folder located in My Documents?
