I created a plugin that with the touch of a button it'll output all of your current stat information, such as how many points you've raised, how much you've invested, how many points you have left to raise and how much it'll cost you to max it out. I plan on implementing the formulas and cost to spec/train for each of the stats, so with the touch of another button (or clicking on a different tab) you can see this information easily.

This is just the beginning of a stats plugin that I'm developing for our allegiance, but figured it'd be helpful to others too.

I'm working on reading in the xml info (for skill and augmentation info) and populating the list on the reference tab. And no, right now it's not a template builder, though I hope to impliment that sometime in the future.
