Finally got it to run  and here is MY way of getting it to work.
Started client 1 the normal way. (Decal is up and running with all my usual plugins)
Start AC Dual Client. I got an error message about it not being installed correctly, (talks about the core filter and hooks needing to be installed correctly) I ignore it.
I then go into Dual Client and under path options I choose the 2nd path (for the 2nd client I am about to run)
The first time I got this to run successfully I had to uncheck the Enable Path Polling Path detection AND Enable Hook Path Detection, but then on the 2nd run through I had to recheck them. Your mileage may vary
and that's how I GOT it to run.

FYI: Selecting the path inside of ACDualClient does absolutely nothing.
You might as well just click Find Path (although it does that on startup, so it makes no difference)
That is an extra step you take that is unnecessary.

I dont have the ACDCClient.exe file in any of my dicrotrys but the main ToD one. and when i try and launch Dual client i get an error that says Unauthrised access to Asherons call/tod/2/ACDCClient.exe is denied any thoughts??

Forget my last post, i got it to work, but when i log into the game on my other account it boots me when logging into the game, any ideas?

How many accounts do you own .. one?
If you only own one, you can only log in one character at a time per account (for all worlds).

I HAD to disable UAC for dual client to run on x64. I tried to set the permissions to c:\games full open, and it still would not work. I disabled UAC and it finally worked. I can run 4 clients no problem.

Are you running decal when ur dual logging? also when i first got my computer and was setting it up i made sure i didnt create any guest accounts or anything like that and i made sure i was full admin ect...ect... would i still need to disable my UAC.? or dose it not matter?
