I run Vista on my computer.

I've set Asheron's Call into C:/Games/Asherons Call
I re-installed decal into the AC folder there and have it set as run as administrator.

Being that it's not showing up.. I will post an export here to see if that will help fix it.

did you reboot after doing all the installs?

while i run xp, about the only difference i spotted was mfc70.dll] is installed on mine and not yours, NOT an expert so NO clue as if that is/isnot important to decal.

Looking at a 2nd machine of mine, that is running castaway nearly 24/7 and DOES NOT have it installed, I'd wager NOT Important.

I've rebooted after each install.

while I have the C:/Games/Asherons Call,
the C:/Program Files/Turbine/Asherons Call still exists.

Even though I set my decal and acdc to go to my Games route.

do I need to delete the program files folder of AC?

completely reinstall AC/Decal/ACDC .. if you can.

I drag + dropped my AC folder that was in program files, since I didn't have a good internet connection or the AC disc to do a complete reinstall, into C:/Games/AC then completely reinstalled Decal/ACDC into the AC folder (not their own, but the actual folder all the AC files are in)

and then you just have to locate AC once you are done installing ACDC.

edit
i remember having to do this before.. or at least reading about it but im always the administrator so i never had to do that run as admin stuff

right click the aclauncher and the client files and go to compatibility tab and set it to run in compatibility mode for win XP (i think it was SP2.. but im not really sure)

if you have in fact installed everything to c:\games, then I suggest you install ac dual client and try that.

just do it anyways since it has no use since you moved AC
