Just got back into WoW. Running an Alienware M17, with Vista 64-bit. Loaded up Decal, and whenever I have an actual plug in open (take castaway for example), the screen gets extremely choppy/jerky. Whenever I minimize the app in game, I'm able to move freely without issue.

Anyone have any suggestions? I'll provide whatever information I can to help.

Thanks in advance!

all important to the dicusssion and no information provided.

well obviously keep the plugin in windows closed as much as possible.

Right now just using the Castaway plug in. Have GoArrow loaded, but it was doing the same thing so I removed it. Castaway does it by itself, then I uninstall Castaway, and run GoArrow, same problem. Things just get strangely choppy.

Now this is interesting....if I take it off Full Screen view, when the apps are going the game runs at normal speed. Video card drivers perhaps?

It's happened to me for years now.. when I open a plugin the framerate goes down drastically.

Oh, and to the OP.. since when does WoW support decal?

This is a limitation of Decal Views, and part of the reason I developed the Virindi View Service. However, plugins have to be specifically written to use VVS and currently that list only includes my own plugins, as well as Screenr and ScrollReader3 by Lino.
