Ok, completely uninstalled/deleted ACDC and then went in and manually set it up to ensure that it installed into the correct folder. Then assured that all of the files were created and directed down the right path during setup. Set everything to run in comp mode with XPSP2 and run as Admin and now... it works! Yay!

That's all it was, I was just missing that I had the wrong paths worked for the 2nd and 3rd accounts. Sweetness. Now to see about getting Decal to work on it. Though that is less of a necessity.
