There are probably about 50+ threads on this forum about the exact same problem. The resolution is to go to virindi's site and find out how to uninstall the virindi view service correctly. I don't have the exact url or the time (finishing up my lunch break) to go look it up for you.
Ok, I guess I did have time..
http://www.virindi.net/wiki/index.php/Virindi_Views scroll down to where it says Uninstalling. Then also uninstall Vtank, and re-install the bundle. It should work then.
