Hello, i have tried everything in the links provided but decal still will not show up in game. Hoping someone can see the problem in my export. Thanks in advance.

know you've got d3dx9_30.dll Installed but did you run the dxsetup from the link? DirectX 9.0c (Feb2010 redist)

if your computer had d3dx9 installed you may have bypassed this, but decal uses a special developer file that isn't normally distributed and from that i know decal doesn't show up if this file isn't installed.

Is your o/s Vista 32 or Windows XP pro SP2?
If it is XP then you should update it to SP3.

Did you disable plugins and see if decal menu bar shows up?
i.e. Disable
Decal Hotkey System
LifeTank X
Darkside Filter
ACDC Core Filter

Its Vista 32. I set decal and AC to run in compatibility mode windows xp SP 2. Just tried disabling the ones you listed but the bar still is not showing up.

Try disabling the ACDC core filter. It looks like it is not installed correctly. If disabling the filter gets AC working then try to reinstall ACDC.

Tried that. AC works fine it just will not display decal.

hmm...

Did you try Decal Options -> Reset Bar position?

Did you try uninstall and reinstall of Decal?

Reset bar button didnt work. I fully uninstalled and reinstalled decal twice but im about to try again
