its working fine on my table pc that has win 7, but its giving me an headache to put it on my laptop can anyone give a hand?


its fully updated from windows update and i instaled everything i saw on the sticky and its still crashing as soon i hit play from the character screen

Your video drivers are from 2005. Update that and see if it helps. Also, you may have to reinstall directx 9.0c. It does not matter if you have a later version of directx. You must install 9.0c.

i did instal the 9.c that is posted on the sticky, but ill try to update the video drivers and check after thanks m8


--EDIT --- updated the drivers and it didnt worked :S

Please post the full information from the crash handler. You should be able to select the window that comes up and press Ctrl-C to copy the entire message to the clipboard and just paste it here.

Since you are using XP, you can install AC to the default folder.


C:\Jogos\Asheron's Call


Not sure why you have it installed here. Guy in my guild had the same problem a few nights ago, and installing AC in the default directory fixed it for him.
