Ball-Cruncher, it's not a Windows XP thing, it's a limitation of that version of Decal. It doesn't know to look for all of those files because those files didn't exist when that version of Decal was released.

galnar, one other thing that I can think of that you can try, though I am not sure if it will help at all, would be to uninstall everything just like you did, but then also make sure to clear out everything from the registry as well.

ball cruncher.. the version of decal that you're running only lists up to .net 2 because that's all that was out when it was created. The latest "beta" releases will show you the later versions of .net and other things.

Another re-install, used the Decal Registry cleaner and didn't help. Tried installing just GoArrow to see if any other plugins might have been causing the problem.

*edit* since I have nothing better to do, probably going to un-install everything, AC client included, and try starting over fresh. Thats about all I can think of to do at this point.

Complete re-install of AC and decal, both in different locations, neither in program files. installed alinco3 as a test plugin, and still having the exact same issue. Get into game, the decal hotbar is there, but I can only see the decal hotkey plugin and nothing else. I've searched these boards up and down and can't find anyone that has had the same issue.

Getting pretty discouraged, but going to post an updated export, just in case anyone else can help.
