The other day i went to reboot my pc and it didnt turn back on so i had to f10 and do a full styem recovery, now i can't get decal to work.. i remember when i did get decal the first time it was a struggle, but i feel like i installed everything right i had no errors, just a bunch of red box's ... but heres my export if some one could give me an idea thank you

Just a thought, you know how people say use the c/: game (folder) well im running winows xp and last time i had to install everything in the folder named "WINDOWS", but last time when i installed AC it put all of its comps into a single " Turbine " Folder, this time it didnt it just has everything spread around in the windows folder.. but i am not sure if me makin a turbine folder will help it? but heres my other export with location boxed checked :

That's why I asked you to do the locations tab. I would uninstall everything AC and decal related and run the decal cleaner, then reinstall everything, making sure that you're not installing to c:\windows again.

WEll too late for that haha.. I just did a full system recovery, so i have nothing installed on it yet, but EI 8 and i updated my pc as many times untill it had no more left... Noww for windows 7 people are sayin try it in your games folder.. but im runnin xp.. idk really where i should install everything... program files? lol cuz last time it was my windows folder... think you could give me an idea of where to start?

For Windows XP, just install everything to the default locations.
Before you start installing everything, double check with the sticky on the requirements the different programs need and install those first and then make sure to update Windows.

ya this is my question about location... When u say defualt it wants to install everything on my desktop.. and i kno thats not right... soo wat else could default be? last time it was my windows folder, but that does not seem to b workin... i have no errors on any install everythings clean, i update my pc to the max, i believe its just the location, but im gettin tired of install it tryin it then uninstallin it lol but eh.. guess ill just have to deal wit it
