I clicked update and every check box in my decal turned into a red x. I then went to your site and downloaded memlocs and manually copied it over, still red xs. and it's not present in game.

I updated fine, the problem is most likely your dual client setup. Any problems would be in game, not out of game.

I have dual client installed but I'm only trying to use one client currently.. What does dual client have to do with red xs inside of my decal? I'll gladly correct it.

Oh I see now.
The path that I have decal looking to was not the path that dual client was using to launch the game. Therefore the game client never got updated, and there was a version mismatch between decal and game client.
