There is a huge snow storm in the NW part of the U.S. I do not know where or who does the decal updates, but they could live there.

The storm is not that bad and the worst is over.. more of a storm in a tea cup and over hyped by the media (plus NW people are panic merchants) :-P ... there were only a few power outages in more remote area's and most of that has been fixed ... internet hasnt missed a beat for me up here in the NW :-)

I'm up in the NW also, but there is a lot more involved than a power outage for many ... digging out of our driveway consumed most of the afternoon lol
It IS true though that most around here, seeing a flake or two of white coming down, go into panic mode ... OR rush mode. Either way? They often don't end up where they originally intended  Just wish the phone company would figure out what's wrong with my phone ...
Decal would be nice too ... so I can get the bot back online!

We had 6-8 inches around the top end of Lynnwood ... last night I drove to Seattle and there was nothing at all ... it was interesting seeing people spinning out while I drove straight past them ... I'm from Australia and can drive my mustang past some SUV's :-) .... I dont think this was as bad as it was 3 years ago .. I'd just flown back in from Maui and there was so much snow they closed the airport down and taxi drivers refused to go into my area because they didnt want to get stuck ...down near Olypmia got hit pretty hard though ... I got to "work from home" the last few days so wasnt complaining :-) ... oh and my phone would not work earlier today too ... you on Sprint??
Any way back to the topic .... we just gotta wait for new mem locs ... maybe tommorow .. its been fun doing things manually .... kinda :-)

What all goes into posting the memlocs and updating decal after a patch? Is it something that only a dev can do? Or is it something that can be taught to just about anyone?
