So I just installed Tings on a brand new load of xp with all of the extra software loaded up. When I try to do a search with "Epic" in the search box, nothing comes up (and I know I have a ton of epics on the mules), but when I do a search with nothing in the box, everything comes up.. even my armor with the epics on it. I also tried to do a search for "Key" since there are some Ornate Bone Keys, and nothing comes up. Any ideas why this is?

I just tested and it is working for me using the IG search and ACCompanion.

What happens if you try search using ACCompanion?

Did you do a fresh install of Tings and Firebird 2.5?

As I said in the original message, this is a fresh load of xp, including ac/decal/tings. I cannot do a search at all from the AC Companion. I can however click on inventory, and it has all of the items for my characters shown in the packs.

Here is my export..

We can eliminates decal and tings as problem source given that you have done fresh install of tings and that
your able to see items in accompanion.

The problem is between accompanion and database.

Start just accompanion and try a few of the views and see if they are working.
( Views tab, change Current View and then click on show)

Double check that you installed firebird server 2.5
( one way to check is by the name of folder where you installed. i.e. Directory will be named Firebird_2_5 )

If Views work and you did install firebird 2.5 then it may be a corrupted database file.
Easiest thing is to use Window Explorer and go find where you installed Tings.
You will find AsheronCall.fdb and Start.fdb.
Delete AsheronCall.fdb
Copy Start.fdb and name it AsheronCall.fdb
Start ACCompanion.
Get IG on one toon do /inventory (or Full Scan button ) and exit game.
try search in accompanion and see if it magically begins working.

It will show the icons and give me the info for the items if I click on the icon, but the search doesn't work in AC Companion either. I'll give your idea a shot though, once I get home from work.

Same things..

I can do a search in game, if I don't put anything in the search box.. but if I put anything in there, it doesn't work. It's weird..

1. When you do a search are you seeing column headings and no data?
2. Did you select server on Inventory tab?

3. Did the views work?
4. Do you have firebird 2.5?
