I've noticed in the past few weeks that my clients repeatedly connect and then disconnect every 15 seconds or so from VI2. Is there some sort of port that needs to be open, but might be closed or something? I've asked around, no one else is having this problem.

I was having the same problem the past couple of weeks. I would get disconnected and it would say it would retry connecting later (in larger and larger increments). I haven't see the issue since Thursday or so but when it starts happening it's very annoying to me mainly because the dungeon map thingy goes away when you are disconnected

Have you tried disabling all plugins and filters except for Virindi plugins? It could be one of your other plugins not working well with another.

Okay, so this is just weird. I've no surmised that its not a problem on all of my accounts, or even all of my characters on the account that's having the problem. For some reason my main character is the only one who is having an issue at all, however, given that I play him the most and that logging in and out of VI2 repeatedly causes substantial lag, this situation is very frustrating. I've tried it on a number of different ports, and reset the router, reinstalled VI2, reinstalled decal, but I'm leaning towards there is something wrong with my specific character or it would not have the problem while others on the account do not. The name has no special characters of any kind, however it is 2 words and the second word is simply "IX"

If anyone has any ideas or solutions, I'm at a loss for what to do to fix this. Please help me out!

Well, I see above you have tested disabling all non-virindi plugins...


Have you explored the idea of it being a issue with the Virindi Profile(s) that toon is using?

That's an interesting thought. I have saved one of the profiles for his use, but I'll see if I make it the default by character option and just rebuild the profile. Perhaps that will fix it. Thanks for the suggestion, I will let you know.

No dice. I cleared all profiles, restored everything to defaults and then just to be sure deleted all of his vTank profiles and the VI2 folder. I feel like it must be something with the character, but I can't imagine what.

Just to update, I've now tried a different computer and am still having the problem with my one character. All other characters that I own across multiple accounts work fine.

I don't think that I've done anything wrong to get banned, especially not on that character. I don't think I've really even used the VI2 chat on that character... it doesn't make sense to me.
