Having issues with it only working on a few of my chars. Any ideas? I've uninstalled/reinstalled. Running xml4 sp2. PC is running Windows 7. Beyond that I'm not sure what to check.

What type of characters does it work on and what type doesn't it work on? What magic school do you have on the ones it doesn't work on? What are your settings in Alinco3Buffs set to for those characters? I will do my best to help!

Also, what version of the Alinco3Buffs installer are you using? 2.0.0.0 or 1.0.1.10?

If you are using the new 2.0.0.0 installer, can you uninstall it, and install Alinco3Buffs using the 1.0.1.10 installer from here:

You will need to copy over the new spelldata.xml file manually as per my instructions here:

Once that is done, retest your problem characters and let me know the results.

I just can't seem to get this to work. Have tried installing both versions. Used updated spelldata xml. I am using VTank and simply have no idea how to get Alinco to buff. Is there a hotkey or something to press? I get a message saying "no buffs configured" but no idea how to set up. No tutorial anywhere etc. Vtank just works when hotkey is pressed but wanted to try this one too.

I have tried turning the buffing off in Vtank of course-but Alinco just sits there. I am a returning player after many yeats and used Nrus Buffus, and it seemed very easy to figure out.

Any step by step is appreciated-I don't want to do math etc.

Also-I can't figure why the item enchants it shows are not ones that you get when starting-they look like level 8's or something. This games mods are very tough to find documentation on as players have been on for years and assume we know how to start.

Yeah, I agree finding documentation for some of the plugins is a pain. I too am a returning player (came back in Oct. 2011), and decided to look at updating some addons that needed fixing up.

Let me see if I can toss together some documentation really fast for Alinco3Buffs and how to use it. I will post back here when I have something put together.

I too have an issue, I can setup profiles without issue but cannot kickoff the buff routine for some reason.

Okay so I tried installing the older version and updating the xml. It didn't work unfortunantely. For some strange reason, it works on my crafting char, my mule, and a new war mage I started. But it won't work for any of my old combat chars. I have a 57 War Mage, a 67 Missile, and a 113 heavy weapons tank. Just for kicks...I created a Tumerok finesse char...didn't work. When I look in my Alinco3 Buffs folder, there is an error file. FYI this is after a fresh install of Alinco, so there was only the new Tumerok char profile. It states the following...
