Cant believe I am contemplating a return to this game but I still class it the best and first MMORPG I have played far more detail than the others

I do have questions though:

Had two accounts a long time ago on MT I cannot remember the details but a few character names I suspect they are long gone. Cant remember passwords or email I used to set up. So will be starting from scratch

What would be the best most active server currently? Preferable New player friendly...

Any good guides out there to get up to speed and is maxing out certain attributes a requirement for later as it was originally (got burned with a character like that previously)

Any aussies or newzealanders playing (or similiar timezone?)

Any must have addons to through into DECAL and what are the better easier to level options just tog et back in a get a feel for again?

Morningthaw and Frostfell are the most populated servers aside from Darktide.

If you do choose MT and you're looking for people I play under the names in my signature.

Also, pretty much everyone in the Farquad allegiance is friendly. Steer clear of the Kose and Marrion Hughes allegiances though.

MT used to be my old home but the forum boards are slow as are these ones to an extent

IS MT a good starting server is there going to be options for a brand new character to get established and find a little help ?

Yep, most people have alts at lower levels... plus with the newbie hub, you can hit lvl 50 pretty quickly even by yourself.

Been reading up on the game after running one or two start up characters through the game to get a feel and while the interest is their the lack info on class is a little worrying. Looking at a sword or a bow template and just trying to research to get it right. Servers also a problem struggling to get any reply in general chat on many of them

There is no classes in AC. If you dont care about being a PVP god and just want to have fun then pick which ever weapon will the most fun for you.

If you want to be on a non-PK server that actually has an active general chat then try Frostfell.

The problem is not enough people play. Most towns are ghost towns, you might see one or two people at most in any one given time.

Great game, just past it's time and low population.

Darktide is never a ghost town... tons and tons of people at all times.
