If the Devs of AC offered to open up 2 new servers. One PK and one White; would you move to those servers under the following conditions?

First 6 Non-Olthoi Characters created on this server, on your account, are able to visit an NPC for the following:
EXP Equivalent to level 150 (Non-Passup EXP)
Noble Relic Armor (Full Set, Only Wearable by you)
Full Level VII Self Spells
1 Max Damage & Modifier(s) weapon (Only Wieldable by you)

In addition, any previously awarded Anniversary, Apology, etc NPCs would be reset and usable by the first 10 characters created on your account. Said Rewards would be available to currently subscribed (non-trial) accounts only. Previously listed awards would be available to everyone (even new (non-trial) accounts).

Problem: Things have gotten out of hand. Asheron's Call was not made with the intention that players be able to cap all of their skills and attributes/take on a zillion skills. Players were meant to exercise some discretion in what skills to raise and what skills to train. Now that 200+ is the norm, players just don't care about how much they raise a skill. To a lesser extent, this holds true for skill credits. Players can train/specialize too many skills at this point in the game. Every character is a jack of all trades in god mode. Today you have mages, melees, and archers all with basically the same skills except their main form of attack.

Solution: A server with a significantly lower level cap. (126 or lower) If you have to actually make a decision about when to raise a certain skill/attribute and by how much, you become more invested in your character. Furthermore, by recreating the system of old where no one had all of their skills capped, you will see the diversity in character build that you used to.

A server such as this would have the added benefit of being accessible both to veteran players from other servers who would otherwise be dissuaded by another rat race to 275, and new and returning players who feel they cannot compete with the established playerbase of the 11 year old server. If everyone can compete with a reasonable input of time, it will appeal to more people (see WoW etc.)
