our quarter ends tomorrow, so we should get one by the end of next week. I have gotten a $1500 bonus for the last 7 quarters. This last quarter, we beat our budget by $10M, so maybe we will get a bigger one since we barely met our budgets before.

We used to get one, until my job got outsourced (but the outsource-ee hired me).
15% pay cut, no raise, the prospect of another no-raise year (if that happens then I'll be officially at a dead end job and I'm gonna start looking elsewhere).
