This is my one year anniversarry since my stroke.

And I am still here to talk about it. I spent the day yesterday with my former boss that suffered 2 strokes 45 minutes apart 4 years ago. They kept her in a coma for 8 days and in England for 8 weeks before they flew her back to the states. She can't use her hand at all for anything and barely can walk without a cane. I feel very lucky when I see her progress.

it was about a year and a half to 2 years after his first stroke that my wife's dad died of his second stroke.
