1) What initially brought you to ACF?
The solclaim board sucked then as it does now, but with more nazi-facism then. The first time i posted on ACF, bliblo_the_grate made fun of me for trying to string 3 [image]s together without a space, back then if you didn't put a space between the SPACE all pics after the second would break. So, i was sold. I took it as my personal mantra to post as many pictures on this here board as humanely possible. That is, until Angry_Vagitarian decided it was against the ToS to post ONLY pictures and banned my ass.

2) What do you do for a living, is this a career or a job?
I have achieved nerdvana: I work for the same firm that I was employed with in Pittsburgh, though I clock in via VPN now as opposed to the scanners that I became all too used to. I am a stay at home dad while maintaining a full-time job managing and programming systems for collections and customer service agents, albeit very remotely.

3) You used to live with n00berness, how was that? Did she often pee on the toilet seat?
Just like most super models, she never used the bathroom, much less leave any evidence behind that she had actually used the bathroom that i noticed. In retrospect, it does seem unusual now that most of the plants never lived for very long. The most bizarre side effect was the cat that I bequeathed to her when I relocated to Orlando: she took it upon herself to plant her body on n00b's sleeping face and spout the line, "HEY CHECK OUT THE HOLE UNDER MY TAIL!"

4) What do you do for entertainment outside of ACF?
I shoplift beauty products from CostCo.

5) You now have a child, how did this come to be? Its hard to imagine aon the daddy, whats that like?
I'm glad I did not have a boy, that's for sure. Boys suck, Men are worse. However, I am inclined to think that parenting for a girl will be far more difficult when she achieves the age of hormonity. HOLY CRAP, i cannot imagine how caoilian's mom puts up with that. The only downside of having a girl baby at this point is wiping the poop out of her front-butt.

6) Whats your most favoritist possession?
My cellphone is second only to my wife as far as possessions go. they both have lots of purpose, but the wife has more ports - you do the maths.

7) You now live in Florida, does this mean you also drive like a old person?
Yes and no. The trend of red light cameras has exploded in the city of Maitland where i live. There is one literally for every single traffic intersection in this area. If you even california roll a red light you get a ticket mailed to you for $170. SO uh, yeah, i drive old in Maitland, on I4 you drive as fast as the traffic lets you.... FWIW disney traffic only lets you go less than zero on optimal days.

8) Whats something not many people know about aon_mixed?
After 20 years of beer, i stopped on a dime about a month ago without an issue. Bear in mind that the beer started the minute i got off the plane from Desert Shield in 1991; but being active duty until 1998 it wasnt like i could drink while deployed, most of the time.

9) Whats your favorite vacations destination?
Don't know if it's my favorite, but my most recent was a trek the wife and I made from San Francisco up PCH to Crater Lake and back in a convertible. Though after thinking about it, probably the best vacation was during Desert Storm when my company got pulled back from the line to go on a 4 day pass to a beach/resort somewhere in Kuwait that the Seabees and Combat Engineers built. There is no more of an awesome feeling to be in the middle of a conflict and have the ability to decompress even for a short while... more so on the beach with hot showers and actual bedding.

10) Whats you RL defining moment so far?
Saving lives in combat is my proudest, though defining? I don't know. I suppose in some manner it makes me less tolerant of children and stupid people who can't seem to grasp that holding a cell phone to your face while piloting a vehicle is just about the dumbest effing thing you could do.

11) What do you drive?
A nissan pathfinder. rusted kick panels and the stereo dont work. The master cylinder blew out a couple of weeks ago and i dont care.

12) What does aon_mixed want to be known for?
Farts that can clear a room and a person of reason who is actually able to raise kids while at the ripe old age of 40. mmHmm we'll go with that... sure.

13) If you were a cartoon character, which would you be and why?
Nelson from the simpson, between the HA HA and the *yoinks* i think that would be a good mirror of my personality.

14) When you were a kid, what did you think you were going to grow up to be?
Initially, an Anesthesiologist. That idea got scrapped when i found out how long the schooling was. In high school i picked up a full football scholarship to UT-K, but that got rescinded when i broke my knee during the middle of my senior year (some cheap-shotting person of color speared my left knee on a kickoff return.) In the end, I opted signed up for the NAVY under contract to become an FMF Corpsman, which took me into 3 combat tours, fire fighting in Wenatchee Washington, working for the DEA as part of Task Force Raven out of Brownsville Texas amongst sightseeing in many many countries.

15) What keeps you coming back to ACF?

16) Are You The Same Person You Were As A Child, Or Much Different?
Aside from having an all around larger body and personality, to this day i remain a techno-freak that all stemmed from getting an Atari 2600. BTW: that atari 2600 got taken apart by me for no good reason. Subsequently, my ass got taken apart by my dad's sneaker for very good reasons.

17) Do You Have Any Undiscovered Or Hidden Talents? If So, What?
A propensity to figure things out, THAT however is hedged by the fact that I cannot take a hint even if it straight up caromed off the side of my head like a jai-alai ball to save my life.

18) Why was aon_mixed chosen as your user name?
long before even hearing of VN, i was a sysop on zone.com (msn's gaming site) I used to game in the Rainbow 6 rooms and played spades and hearts while banning people for beating me or cussing. whichever. At the time, Asheron's Call had dedicated lobbies to launch the game, long before the launcher as it is known now. At the time, unless you were an active Asheron's Call player, Microsoft absolutely forbade zone volunteer sysops (admins) from performing any actions that would prevent players from launching into the game as it was a pay service. So, I went out to CompUSA and picked up AC. In looking for a name, i was listening to the soundtrack for Resident Evil (the movie.) The song DIG (all or nothing remix) by mudvayne was on the stereo. I co-opted that song name and flipped it about into aon (all or nothing) mixed (remixed)

19) How would you describe aon_mixed in RL?
I'm 6'5" 325 lbs. I sport 2X shirts and size 14 shoes. Guess it's that good german stock... though i'm definitely not german or even germane.

20) Whats your favorite place?
Without out a doubt: home. Everyone i like and love is here. What more do ya need?
