My bro was convicted of felony hit and run when someone tboned him after they ran a red. Unfortunately he had a few too many drinks, panicked and walked back home after getting hit.

Your comparison makes absolutely no sense.
For one, if murder was legal, we'd have to seriously question why rape wasn't also legal under those same laws.
For two, taking mind/body altering substances is in no way on the same level as murder and rape.

at least you didnt get molested/raped at your party.
a friend of mine got sexually assaulted after she went to sleep in her room.
I guess the dude thought she was passed out, she screamed and her bf came in and put the guy through a sheet rock wall. the guy had to go to the er for stitches, he was arrested charged with aggravated sexual assault, attempted rape, and a lewd act in the company of a minor. there was a baby in a crib in the room.

I said the same thing when her daughter got pregnant at 17 so she could drop out of school.
I kicked her out too, she didnt want to play by my rules so you know what I dont have to deal with it.

she isnt my kid and she thought she was going to get pregnant and drop out and let the parents take care of her, like her other friends she had in high school.
except there is one difference i am just your moms boyfriend not your dad and she already has clearly stated that, so I drew the line and said no more.
she has her own place now and she says she wishes she would have listened now because she says being an adult sucks.
