I don't like Lee Labrada's program. Looks good and all but overly complex just for weight loss, I don't like planning nutrition so carefully.

I suppose I should take advantage of this fat tissue by turning it into muscle, instead of just burning it off...

It's not complex at all...just wing it and you'll be fine. That's what I'm doing. The guidelines are lowfat, complex carbs and protein in equal amounts.
