poorly developed cortex means they suck at regulating their own behavior. then you give them alcohol so they're even worse.
then the next day they have all those regrets. getting manipulated is an interesting way to learn about behavior.

Probably. I'm 26 though, so it wouldn't be that weird to date someone that was 24 or 25.
