Shower sex is terrible.
Water isn't exactly the best lubricant you know.
Sharing a shower is terrible too. It's bad enough that I have to sleep next to my blanket hog, I don't need her hogging all the hot water too.

"Share" a shower? Impossible in the shower we have in this house -- wife likens it to the size of a coffin. 
Our house we had in Colorado had a very nice master bath - the shower was 4' x 6' and had shower heads mounted on the wall at both ends. We had some very nice "shower sharing" in that one.
