That twilight chick has to be in the running, she is so unfortunate looking.
For a guy I would say Adam Sandler hands down is the absolute worst.

at least Adam Sandler makes me laugh, Will Ferrell is just... meh
Kristen Stewart isn't as bad an actress as I originally thought, she did a damn good Joan Jett. I think the issue is the her and the director's version of the Bella Character that's bad, not really the acting.
