Well crap, tattoos are no longer cool.

tattooing is an INCREDIBLY old practice with in really awesome tradition. I think they are really beautiful.
Old people ask me why I do it, I think they are half expecting me to say something like "Im expressing my individuality" or "I wont conform" or something else that they will roll their eyes at. My response is always the same, "I think they are beautiful."
Beauty is different for everyone, and how culture goes on is people deciding what they think is ugly or what they think is beautiful. I don't get upset when people try to assert their views on beauty, and I don't need some lame excuse about fighting the system with tattoos, I just see tattoos differently
