I probably wouldn't say it is healthy, I know full well it isn't good for someone. I would try to cut down on the damage though. Joints are like the dirtiest way to smoke and defiantly the least economical way of doing it. I wonder how bad it is using an advanced bong set up or even better a vaporizer.
