also, the AF is weird...A Staff Sergeant isn't a staff NCO...that makes no sense...crazy air force... THe Navy is even worse, their captains are actually lieutenants and their Colonels are captains and all kinds of weird ish

Nope, I haven't written USMC training since '05 and that got shelved because the EFV was a POS that got redesigned and STILL doesn't work.
Last three contracts have been for the Army and current one is for the Navy. I'm writing for the AE on the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye.

That's because us AF peeps are smarter and more mature to take on more responsibility at lower ranks.
