Took my mltivitimin this morning, got nauseus and sick after

i have a serious weakness for gummies and there's no way i could limit myself to just eating 2 a day and would end up eating the whole bottle's worth which probably wouldn't be good
they don't taste good enough for that, the ones I have are juice flavor based, but you can still taste the vitamins a bit.

Prenatals did that to me even with food but then again my tummy was already a bit sensitive. I have to say, I was pretty fortunate compared to many gals, I had barely any nausea.
Regular multivitamins make my stomach gurgle but don't sick. Definitely take after eating, it helps a lot.

prenatals made me violently ill, I couldn't handle all the iron in them. I couldn't take them at all.
