What I meant in the OP about "good for you" was the electrolytes and other stuff that helps hydrate you/keep you healthy.
It's also cost efficient.
I have 20oz of juice now, made with about 6 or 7 carrots and 4 celery stalks. I paid a little over $4 for 5lbs of carrots and whatever of celery. I used less than 1/5th of that amount.
So for under $1 I have 20oz of some of the best sports drink you could have.
edit: also, in no way am I thinking that I am somehow eating 6 carrots and 4 celery stalks as I drink this.
