	I can definitely tell that I grew up without snow. It took me half the thread to figure out that you guys were talking about a moving car. I stopped the car, got out and grabbed hold of the kid by the arm of his coat (just fabric in my hand) and told him I'd beat him bloody if he ever did it again. He said he was going to go tell his mom, I said... yes lets go tell your mom what you've been doing! while we're at it lets call the cops! He changed his mind then and apologized. every kid in the neighborhood straightened up after that, it only takes one crazy MoFo that won't put up with it. A smarter kid would have been like, "yah, let's go see my parents and call the cops and not forget to mention how you approached me on the side of the road and assaulted me for throwing god damn snowball"...
