Giants going to San Fran both teams are about equal across the board.

Passing Giants have the edge in quarterback just because of Eli's past history and 4th quarter performance this year. However Alex Smith should be the comeback player for this season.
Defense starting front 7 is equal, 49'ers have the edge on the back end, those safety's and corners can hit like linebackers and cover well too.

The thing with the Giants with the exception of a few games they are crap for 3 quarters and then Eli becomes Mr Perfect.

Ravens have to run the ball and eat the clock, keep Brady off the field.
