It's fresh, made to order, and had it for lunch today. it is TRULY better than BK, and I don't mind some BK once in a while. BK flame cooks their patty's as well, but it's still mas produced and sits waiting, In-N-Out's burgers I wait for...gladly.

On average, the bk's I've been too are far dirtier than comparable mega chains and the food has been poorly assembled. Their quality control is horrible.
