because even with that, base jumping is totally not the most dangerous sport you could do. the mortality rate of base jumpers is stupid high. if they get into it in their 20s, they rarely live to see their 30s.

I skydive, and my ultimate goal is to progress into a wingsuit. Not even on the horizon, but maybe someday.
That said, I'll never ever come close to that guy....the ground man.....the ground!
I keep playing with the idea of getting the license. I can't imagine putting enough time and risk into it to get to that guy's level though. Wing-suits must be amazing though.

The guy is famous for his craft and make a solid living travelling the world doing what he loves. We need people like him more than we need sedentary cattle willing to bask in the comfort of the safe and known...

I have skydived a few times and seen this new sky surfer stuff they do many times, but that was some AMAZING camera work!
