This is real. First, the tire "not spinning" -- It's the frame rate of the helmet cam. Sort of how sometimes car wheels appear to be spinning in the reverse direction on film.
Second, the camera is firmly mounted to the helmet. You won't see the helmet move because the camera and helmet are acting as one. His head is bouncing around, trust me.
Not sure if cereal.
