Even if I had been planning to dump her, I'd stick it out.

Nope, stick it out with them to the end.
The post-death pity sex would be too innumerable to count.
As your internet lawyer, I would advise you to get that in writing before they die. Also check your local laws to make sure it legal to bang a corpse.

No, unless there was another overwhelming reason to break up.

I did not... and I'm glad I was there for her in her last days on earth.

Even a complete waste of space like me knows that being there for someone in their hour of need is more important than any selfish concerns you might have.
Not saying I wouldn't hit on her hospice nurse if she was hot, but I wouldn't dump her while she was dying.

Maybe. It would all depend on how it changed that person, and I don't mean physically.
Most likely though, I would not. If I'd been dating them for a while then that would put them square into friendship status too- and friends deserve what support you can give them.
Pretty much what I was thinking. As long as they didn't become mean, bitter, resentful, etc., I would stick by them. You can't make me your enemy if you want me to take care of you.
This is my thoughts to. I wouldn't dump them because of the illness, but if things became too shitty, then yea, maybe.
