I might make hot wings and homemade salsa and guacamole. Maybe a queso dip, too, but not sure.

I'm going to make chicken wings. Buffalo and teriyaki probably.
edit: also ribs... gotta have ribs for the super bowl.
@ reap I'm thinking of buying a propane smoker..
I know the bbq snobs aren't big fans but from what I've read many people can't tell the difference and I hate the temp variances in my charcoal one.. well see.. Still thinking about it.

I like doing chicken, burgers, and fish on my gas smoker but ribs and brisket have to go in the charcoal smoker. Big, big difference.

Depending on whether or not I'm scheduled to work, I'm just gonna load up on junk food. I haven't done that in a long while.
Just chips, ruffles sour cream and cheddar...and some hot chips...and some other crap

Do they come out just at tender in the gas smoker? Is the difference just less smokey taste?
