i just started a Dr supervised diet 2 weeks ago and probably have at least a year+ to go since i need to lose soooooo much weight (150lbs)
took longer to get there... you'll do great. Just stick with it and if you call off the wagon... it's not the end of the world.

In order to be "normal" weight, I'd have to have under 10% body fat.
