No. I'm not council that they have retained for any issue, I'm just a friend who happens to be an attorney. They'll likely ask me some general legal questions, with some specific issues - and I won't give them any advice without saying - "This isn't what I'm saying you should do, if you want that advice - hire an attorney. This is what I would consider, were I in your shoes."


I do not, will not, and will never represent friends.


As for the lawyer ethics remark, I'm probably one of the most ethical people you would ever meet.

I always wanted to be a lawyer growing up. I guess I am jelly.
