Freeman - Shawshank Redemption
Redford - A River Runs Through It
My strong bias is to A River Runs Through It - but that's because of the movie itself - it is hard to separate the voice of Redford from that story.
It is no less difficult to separate Freeman's voice from Shawshank.
I suspect that if I ever read either of the associated books, I would read them in the voices of their respective movie narrators.
All in all though, I think Freeman wins, but not by a great margin.

I have also enjoyed Sam Elliot, Tim Allen, and Tom Selleck as narrators.
