I had some of those symptoms once. Not the shortness of breath, but I did have spasmodic muscle clenching all over my body and was shaking so hard it scared me. Couldn't think and was having some weird visual effects going.
Ended up having a friend take me to the hospital and they stuck me in a tub full of ice. Seems my temperature at the time was 106 and I had a pretty severe infection that required a lot of antibiotic administered via IV to get rid of.
You could be dying and stuff. Go to the god damn doctor.

i know the feeling, I caught some kind of viral pinkeye from deploying to the dark continent and I was quarantined/siq for 3 weeks basically by navy medical, until it ran its course.
my eyes where hemorrhaging, the most intense headaches ever, cold sweats and chills etc...
it was some bad stuff.
I was siq for 30 days.

yeah, I have had this a few times, after giving birth the first time and a couple of times when I've been sick. it is very draining and it sucks!

that happened to me once, when I had a fever of 105. They thought I was on "drugs" till they took my temp in the ER.
