Just finished making a batch of dirty rice with andouille sausage chopped up in it

she's useless to cook monday through friday as she gets home at 7...sure as hell not eating THAT late!
she does quite well on the weekends...
though from the looks of it, it's all various dips that she is making.
only took 10 years, but she's finally getting it!
only thing missing is the beer, but i have to drive my kid to his mothers after the game so that is forgiven.
