I'm totally a post-count sponge, but I only sponge off of truly brilliant threads. By my post count you can see how many of those there are.

You fail at logic:
Converse: If a then b does not mean if b then a, where:
a = brilliant thread
b = sponge
These posts are "if c then d", where:
c = pedestrian thread
d = derisive response
