Mainly because 2-3 or more times a week they bring the servers down from midnight PST til 6AM for patching. Such a joke of a company/game.

Tonight being no exception!
Also, yeah I canceled once (am back now. will cancel again soon) and the cancel button was gone. You had to know to type /cancel at the end of the url for the account page.

I quit when they screwed up Ilum and people who were lucky enough to be home at the time gained all the excess valor. Bioware should have done a rollback but didn't. I was making a statement that I would not play a game that doesn't care about balance. I had 2 days left of free time but as soon as I canceled it I couldn't play anymore. Same with for brother and nephew. Screwed up system.
2 days later after playing Heroes3 (from 1998 or something) with my brother for the 10 millionth time - I decided I was bored. Bioware announced that they would take action against people who gained excess valor. We doubted they actually would (They didn't) but it gave us a loophole to go back (lol)
Now valor balance is so out of whack with people botting Ilum I will quit again.
