I have no idea why that is so hard to comprehend. But yes.

Every single person in the thread, except for whoever said Hudston Hawk, said Moonlighting.

The love interest thing killed Moonlighting. Through almost the whole series there was none.

If you think my opinion is idiotic, re-read yours.
Dont worry I will give my opinion anyways.
The PvP MMO is NOT a "niche" market, Mythic is just a "niche" company.

Alex Trebek does not reward #2 for the Daily Double. Are you lost?

No I see where you asked for her name about halfway through the thread.

I will agree that Moonlighting put him on the first few steps towards fame.

Die Hard put him into an airplane for super-stardom.

Without Die Hard, he's just that guy who used to be in a pretty popular TV show whose only claim to fame since is TGIF(I'm looking at you Patrick Duffy)

Yes, you are young. He moistened many panties on TV way before Die Hard. Ask your parents.

Die Hard (1988)

What a shock, he got the part towards end of his TV debut. You have now learned something.

Without reading all this, because I cannot imagine you don't have the right answer by now, I will say Die Hard and Demi Moore.

Damnit cracka, you didn't ask when did he become famous. You asked when did he really become famous. And that was with the Die Hard role. And Demi was his first wife. You totally screwed up your own questions by trying to lead everyone into answering with the wrong answers. It cannot be that you are right and everyone else is wrong....well, except in your own little world. Better put the whiskey away tonight, it's getting to you.

I'm likely as old as, if not older than you.

Here are some facts for you...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moonlighting_(TV_series)#Ratings_and_decline

The show never did better than 9th, and that was its third season. Other than that it only made the top 20 twice in 5 seasons.

http://www.angelfire.com/ny2/televisioncity/8590.html
Can't confirm the accuracy of that link... but look what it was up against.

The show is a cult classic, no denying that, and like I said it got him in the door.

Die Hard bought him a room.
