Just forget about it and let her do her thing.
People like that always have their annoying mouths catch up to them, but you don't want to be associated with rudeness or unprofessionalism in the workplace, even to someone that is obviously annoying to everyone. Consider it a practice in stress management.

Yeah.. I work with a woman like that. She yells out, "IS ANYONE PRINTING?!?!" when we work in a call center environment. She also gives our false information among other things that make you go - huh?

tell her that her constant talking down about the workplace is making a hostile work environment for you, and if she doesn't stop you will be forced to report her.
I worked with a guy like this, and confronting him about his attitude made him realize that he was bringing everyone down around him and he did stop, for a while.

Send her an anonymous gift: a hearing aide. Seriously, she probably has hearing damage. As for the work place bashing, some people think of it as therapy. The hearing aide should tackle that problem too. She can bitch quietly to herself.
