do you have yours? I find it therapeutic......Ill sit there for a good 10-15, even 20 minutes sometimes, and listen to nothing.. it does really get my head together sometimes.
Am I the only one that does this?

Im going to work right now. Once I get to work im going to sit behind a computer and listen to music via usb with foobar2000, flac files and headphone amp, my ipod, or my sansa clip.
I will spend the whole night not talking nor giving a damn about the outside world.
f your 10 mins of quiet time. I live in a chaos free zone.

I usually get a little break while kiddo is at school. Some peace and quiet is essential to sanity.

For me it's when i get out of work, get to my car...and take 1-2 minutes to just kinda chill after dealing with boozy wackos all night.
