Seems like they're trying hard to make it right. I guess it all depends on the follow through.

I guess I've been in purchasing for manufacturing and MMOs for too long. I've become numb to it all...
PS: As much as I hate office work, I got to yell at a vendor today for screwing up an order. It's basically my job to yell at them. It was pretty hilarious.

i like them. the only store ive used is by work and they have always been on time and the fruit has been good. however, that said, i didnt order for valentines ;P
going to take a bit of work to get their rep back if this was really widespread. they have been in business long enough to know to hire temp help for big order events.

funny thing though, i wrote down the number of people who "Like" that FB page (393,746) clicked refresh and the number climbed to 393,748.

It was supposed to be a surprise but it got ruined by my coworkers.  I told him I wasn't mad - it's the thought that counts!
Also - got the arrangement this morning when I got in to work. All of the berries were rotten, there was condensation on the chocolate (most likely sat out in the truck), and the vase it came in was cracked the entire length.
