The only other option would be a seawater desalinization system which would be bulky, and a lighter can also assist with cutting down trees, keeping you warm, cooking food, providing light, etc in addition to being necessary to purify water.

I think the important question here is what kind of dessert? Like is this a ice cream island? Maybe I'd need a jacket. Is this a pie island? A fork or whipped cream might come in handy. A chocolate island? Something to hang myself with cause I'd die of starvation.
